The Real ‘Love Island’
When Ellie first contacted me to say they were getting married on Burgh Island, I was really hoping that they would pick me to capture their day! Having been there a couple of years ago, I couldn’t wait to go back!
The main focus on the day was getting those candid, natural moments which I love doing. Once again, it was a family affair with the kids getting totally involved in the day, with Chloe being the star of the show!
With views like they do at the hotel, getting Rob and Ellie’s portraits was an easy one. We had a little wonder up the the end of the cliff where the sun came out in perfect timing.
With relaxed, but emotional speeches in the Palm Court bar, the party carried on in the dining room with music courtesy of Area 52 where some very interesting dancing took place!
With a short, but a bit hairy ride back to the mainland on the sea tractor I was on my way.
