Naomi and Joel – Churchstanton, Somerset

Bank holiday weekend in this country means one thing……rain!

And did it rain on Naomi and Joel’s wedding day! Thankfully being farmers it was nothing a pair of wellies and a brolly wouldn’t solve.

The wedding preparations started at Joel’s family farm in Churchstanton, Somerset with the boys decorating the tractor for the journey to the church nearby in Heathfield.

Luckily for the happy couple the ran eased just in time for the end of the ceremony and that all important confetti shot. They were also able to leave in an open top horse and carriage.

The celebrations continued back at Joel’s family farm with lots of country themed and handmade decorations, which seemed to be a big theme of the day.

Joel gave (in my opinion) the best wedding gift a husband can give his wife…..a piglet! After a brief tour of the marquee the tiny piglet left the guests to party the night away, wellies and all!
